This position would suit a young ambitious person who has strong management and organisational skills to assist the Manager and relieve in the various departments when necessary. He/she needs to be highly presentable, as the main focus of the job is taking care of guests. Require a person who is knowledgeable and has general lodge experience in General management, Staff management, Guest relations, Kitchen management, rooms and stock control. This is a live-in position, offer en-suite accommodation, all meals and laundry.

SHE: Working experience required includes supervision of a range of departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B, Rooms management, Hospitality service and back of house administration management. Must be computer literate on MS office suite with experience in a reputable hospitality management programme.
