Hotelstaff acknowledges that recruitment is a costly, grudge expense. Hotelstaff have concluded that we need to give our clients a NEW choice: Valid from July 1st 2019

  • Either A flat 1-month cost to company fee for all candidates placed with a salary of R19,999 and less - no guarantee
  • A flat 1.25 x month cost to company package fee for candidates being offered packages of R 20 000.00 and more (effectively just above 10% of the per annum wage) - no guarantee
OR
  • 13 % of the per annum salary with a descending 2-month guarantee
  • 16% of the per annum salary which includes a descending 3-month guarantee
